Big Biting Pig Productions was
founded by Steve Hudgins.
Hudgins is a writer, director,
producer and actor who is originally
from Chicago, but has made his
home in Western Kentucky for many
years. Steve has acted on stages
throughout the region including roles
in 3 theatrical world premieres,
including David Foley's IF/THEN
& Judy Klass's CELL, both of
which were nominated for
"Edgar" awards. The 3rd world premiere he was involved in was "Killer Cast Party"
which Steve co-wrote & directed. Steve is the writer, director and co-producer of
The 3rd Floor, Maniac on the Loose, GoatSucker & Hell is Full. Steve won the
award for Best Feature Screenplay at the Tabloid Witch awards in 2010 for
Hell is Full and was referred to as a "Horror Meister to reckon with" by Victor Miller,
the writer of Friday the 13th.
Steve also plays roles in all 4 movies and also plays the role of Charlie in PJ
Woodside's Widow, also a Big Biting Pig Production. You can also see Steve in
various commercials and other movies on occasion.

PJ Woodside has been involved in story-making
her whole life as a writer, actress, director, and
video editor. She received her MFA in Fiction
Writing, and after moving to Kentucky resumed
her interest in the stage by acting in and directing
community theatre. She became involved in
movie-making by way of a stage acquaintance,
Steve Hudgins of Big Biting Pig Productions.
Since 2007 they have produced five feature
length films: Maniac on the Loose (2008),
GoatSucker (2009), Widow (2009), Hell is
Full (2010), and The Creepy Doll (2011,
currently in post-production). Her first
screenplay, Cajun PI, was selected as a finalist
in the International Mystery Writers Festival in
Owensboro, KY, and produced there as a
radio play in the summer of 2008. Widow
and The Creepy Doll were written and directed by her as well. In addition to partnering
with Big Biting Pig Productions, she runs her own video editing business, PJ’s
Productions, which produces commercials, music videos, and other video projects.
